McGarvey’s completed two-story Astaire estate encompasses 11,110 square feet with 6,820 square feet under air. The Astaire is priced at $4,695,900 and showcases an interior by Arlynn McDaniel of Freestyle Interiors.

Scheduled for completion in June, M Development’s two-story, 6,600-square-foot under air Villa Cipriani estate model is priced at $4.7 million. Designed by Weber Design Group, the Villa Cipriani features an interior by Luanza Maitland and Sydney Leigh Warren of Norris Furniture & Interiors.

Frizone’s 5,847-square-foot, two-story Villa Ferrari residence priced at $3.99 million is on display in Talis Park’s Fairgrove neighborhood. Fairgrove offers golf course, water and preserve views. Harbourside Custom Homes is offering residences in Talis Park’s Corsica neighborhood. The two-story, 3,672-square-foot Villa Adriana II model is open for viewing and showcases an interior by Clive Daniel Home’s Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen. The first floor includes a great room, island kitchen, and dining area that open to the outdoors, a master suite, two guest bedrooms, and a study. The kitchen features a wine bar, KitchenAid appliances, granite counter tops, and a walk-in pantry. Upstairs offers a fourth bedroom or second study, and a bonus room that opens to a covered balcony. The outdoor living area features a summer kitchen, a fireplace, and a pool and spa with a screened colonnade. The plan includes a three-car garage.

Harbourside’s Villa Adriana III model is expected to be completed in June and is available for $2.25 million with a leaseback. Harbourside also has two unfurnished homes under construction in Corsica. Priced at $1.65 million, the 2,742-square-foot Villa Adriana II is scheduled for completion in August. The Villa Roma is priced at $1.75 million and slated for completion in September.

Now under contract and open for viewing, Sunwest Homes’ furnished, 3,950-square-foot, two-story Grand Santa Barbara model in Corsica features an interior by Design West. The great room plan includes three first-floor bedrooms and an island kitchen and dining area. The great room and dining area open to a covered outdoor area with a bar, summer kitchen, pool and spa.
